GOVERNMENT OF AKWA IBOM STATE SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT THE AKWA IBOM STATE OFFICIAL SYMBOLS CONTEST

Entries are invited from indigenes of Akwa Ibom State for a State Anthem, Flag and Coat of Arms.

 These official symbols are to promote our identity as a people and consolidate on our brand as a model state.

All entries must be original and should be submitted not later than midnight of Saturday, September 14, 2019.

Please note;

1. Entries for the anthem must not exceed 2 stanzas and must comprise of words and music.

2. Entries for design of the State Flag must comprise the colours green, white and orange only.

3. Entries for the coat of arms must be composed of symbols that can be related to Akwa Ibom State. The motto of the state must be incorporated into the design.

4. All entries must include the full names, Local Government Area of origin, phone number and address of the contestant.

5. All entries must be in soft copy and should be sent to akwaibomcontest@gmail.com
